PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Reach out to Kinema Fitness for a highly customized, individually tailored personal training program that is taught by a certified personal trainer.  All our training programs are designed to meet the needs and goals of our clients.  Every member receives one free training session and one free fitness assessment.  

Our trainers specialize in:  

Core training, weight loss, endurance, corrective exercises, kettle bells, functional training, post rehab, interval training, resistance, TRX and injury prevention. 

  • Requests will be responded to within 24 hours with a confirmation of session.  

  • Kinema has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all training sessions.  

  • If you are interested in tandem training or small group training, please inquire at the gym

  • Training sessions are either 30 minutes or 60 minutes in length
