 Low impact Class - exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.

BOOTCAMP

An interval training class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. With a new workout every week, these classes are designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves and to always keep the body guessing.

K-FIT 

This class is a combination of both cardio and strength training all in one to get in one of the toughest workouts you'll ever love. Instructors may incorporate cardio equipment from the main fitness room, to floor work, strength machines, and self-work stations.

STRENGTH & CORE FUSION

Low impact, mat based core work paired with strength training exercises to improve overall body definition, strength, balance, posture and increases flexibility.

YOGA

Strengthen, stretch and relax in this all-levels yoga class. Reduce stress and tension in the body and mind with traditional yoga poses, breathing practices and systematic relaxation.
